Tim Dolan, Temple City Planner
The City of Temple has hired a new planning director. Tim Dolan has 23 years of municipal experience, having most recently served as the Development Services Director in Marble Falls, where our sources from that area tell us he brought a level of professionalism to the City that it had never experienced before. There he created an evironment with rules that were spelled out and consistent, and he was noted to work very cooperatively with the local builders.
As you'll note in the Government Affairs Update, Mr. Dolan more than has his work cut out for him this year, and we can attest that he has hit the ground running.
We are very excited to welcome Mr. Dolan to Temple.
