The November election period has come to an end.  Unfortunately, voter turn-out was low, as is traditionally the case in constitutional elections.  HomePAC reports that the $29 million Belton ISD bond election in favor of a new middle school passed along with all of the constitutional amendments that were presented by the Texas Legislature.
